Safety first
At Cool Company, your safety and well-being as an employee are important to us. We work proactively and supportively to ensure a healthy and secure physical, organizational, and social work environment.
As part of our commitment, we want to inform you of:
- The potential risks in your work environment
- The laws, policies, and regulations that apply to you
- The importance of reporting hazards, incidents, and accidents
Remember, we share responsibility for your work environment – you as the employee, we as your employer, and the end client where your assignment takes place. Together, we ensure your workplace is safe.

Our Responsibilities as Your Employer
As your employer, Cool Company is responsible for ensuring that:
- The work site is assessed for risks before your assignment begins
- You receive a proper introduction at the work site
- You are safe and supported throughout your assignment
- We maintain regular contact with you and follow up on your experience
- Serious incidents or work-related injuries are reported to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) within 48 hours
What to Expect from the Client Company and On-Site Manager
At the work site, the client company is responsible for ensuring you receive an introduction that includes, at least the following things:
- A clear orientation to the work site and your tasks
- A review of relevant safety procedures and use of protective equipment
- Instruction on how to perform your duties safely and efficiently
- Guidance on any tools, systems, or workflows you’ll be using
- Clear information on who to contact at the client site regarding health and safety matters
If anything is unclear or missing during your onboarding, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Cool Company – we’re here to support you.
Your Responsibilities

- Follow all safety instructions and procedures at the work site
- Use any required personal protective equipment
- Report any risks, deficiencies, or unsafe conditions to both the on-site manager and Cool Company
