FAQ – Create Assignment
Pre-registration of Assignments
We want to know what type of assignments those invoicing through us are working on to ensure the safety of our employees during the assignment period. If an assignment is deemed risky and falls outside our insurance coverage, we want the ability to decline it. Ultimately, it’s about ensuring the individual employee’s safety.
To create an assignment, you need to provide the same type of information as when creating an invoice, i.e., customer details, assignment type, location of work, pricing, duration, etc. Once the assignment is completed and the invoice is to be created, the details will already be in place but can be adjusted to some extent.
You can create an invoice up to 90 days after the pre-registered assignment period has ended.
The pre-registered assignment may differ slightly from the invoice, for example, if prices changed during the assignment or if the number of hours worked differs from the original estimate. However, the assignment period cannot be changed afterward.
For example, if you have registered that the assignment takes place from April 1 – April 31, the invoice must also be issued for that period. However, the assignment does not have to have lasted the entire pre-registered period – the invoice can be created for, say, April 5 – April 25.
The assignment period cannot be extended afterward when creating the invoice. If you realize that your assignment will exceed the pre-registered period, you should submit a new pre-registration for the additional period.
Example: You have pre-registered an assignment from April 1 – April 31. On April 25, it becomes clear that the assignment will continue until May 5. In this case, you should pre-register a new assignment from May 1 – May 5, or slightly longer to be on the safe side.
When you log in to your profile, you can click on «assignment» and «Create Assignment» in the menu on the left. You then fill in the required details and submit the assignment for approval.
The shortest possible assignment is one calendar day. There is no strict upper limit, but we recommend creating multiple assignments rather than letting one run for several years, as salaries and conditions may change over time.
When the assignment is completed, log in to your profile and select «Create Invoice» under invoices in the menu on the left. Then choose the completed assignment and add any remaining details to the invoice before submitting it to us for approval.
You need to allow time for the assignment to be approved before you can start working on it. We aim to approve submitted assignments within one business day, but we recommend allowing at least 2–3 business days between submitting an assignment and starting work.
We strive to approve submitted assignments within 1–2 business days.
Yes, you can create an unlimited number of invoices within the pre-registered assignment, but the invoices must be related to the pre-registered assignment.
