end. This change does not significantly affect you as a self-employed contractor through Cool Company, but it\u2019s good to know that you will no longer be covered by the collective agreement provided through S\u00e4ljarnas Riksf\u00f6rbund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have joined and become a member of S\u00e4ljarnas Riksf\u00f6rbund, you can decide for yourself whether you wish to continue your membership or not. Your membership is not affected by the ending of the collaboration between Cool Company and S\u00e4ljarnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, Cool Company has chosen to retain parts of the collective agreement that we believe form a solid foundation for good working conditions. You must have ended your employment with Cool Company Scandinavia AB, received your final salary, and waited two months before submitting your buyout application.
