F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna beh\u00f6ver alla som antingen arbetar eller arbetar med personal k\u00e4nna till &#8211; det p\u00e5verkar d\u00e4rmed en rej\u00e4l skara m\u00e4nniskor. Flertalet av punkterna \u00e4r dispositiva, vilket inneb\u00e4r att avvikelser f\u00e5r g\u00f6ras med st\u00f6d av kollektivavtal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r sammanfattningen beskriver fr\u00e4mst nya LAS ur ett f\u00f6retagsperspektiv, men vi v\u00e4lkomnar \u00e4ven den nyfikne. H\u00e4r sammanfattar vi de sex huvudsakliga punkterna:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-coolcompany-section has-light-green-background-color has-background\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns2 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-sist-in-ar-nodvandigtvis-inte-forst-ut-nbsp\">1. Sist in \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis inte f\u00f6rst ut&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sist in f\u00f6rst ut vid upps\u00e4gning g\u00e4ller inte l\u00e4ngre. Vid arbetsbrist ska alla arbetsgivare kunna g\u00f6ra undantag fr\u00e5n turordningen f\u00f6r tre anst\u00e4llda, vilka exempelvis kan vara anst\u00e4llda som \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt betydande f\u00f6r f\u00f6retaget eller liknande. Tidigare har man som arbetsgivare med upp till 10 anst\u00e4llda i viss m\u00e5n kunnat avvika fr\u00e5n turordningen vid upps\u00e4gning av personal p\u00e5 grund av arbetsbrist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-farre-chanser-for-misskotsam-personal-nbsp-nbsp\">2. F\u00e4rre chanser f\u00f6r missk\u00f6tsam personal&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r dig som arbetsgivare kommer du ha r\u00e4tt att ge den personal som missk\u00f6ter sig f\u00e4rre chanser innan du har r\u00e4tt att avskeda personen. Det kommer dessutom inte drabba dig lika h\u00e5rt ekonomiskt i en r\u00e4ttprocess vid en situation d\u00e4r du och den anst\u00e4llda inte \u00e4r \u00f6verens. Du kommer fortsatt vara skyldig att betala ut l\u00f6n under upps\u00e4gningstiden, d\u00e4remot inte under den tid som fallet pr\u00f6vas i domstol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-skyldig-att-ge-fast-anstallning-snabbare-nbsp\">3. Skyldig att ge fast anst\u00e4llning snabbare&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under den h\u00e4r punkten h\u00e4nder det grejer vilket \u00e4r speciellt viktigt f\u00f6r dig att k\u00e4nna till som jobbar med flexibel personal eller medarbetare med varierande anst\u00e4llningsformer.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allm\u00e4n visstidsanst\u00e4llning ers\u00e4tts av s\u00e4rskild visstidsanst\u00e4llning. Den personal som arbetat minst 12 m\u00e5nader under en fem\u00e5rsperiod \u00f6verg\u00e5r enligt nya LAS till en tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning. F\u00f6r din personal som till exempel \u00e4r visstidsanst\u00e4lld, timanst\u00e4lld eller vikarie ska automatiskt anst\u00e4llningsformen allts\u00e5 omvandlas till en fast tj\u00e4nst. Fram till lag\u00e4ndringen har det varit 24 m\u00e5nader under en fem\u00e5rsperiod som g\u00e4llt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6rutom det ska medarbetare som under en och samma m\u00e5nad haft tre eller fler visstidsanst\u00e4llningar f\u00e5 tillgodor\u00e4kna sig tiden som anst\u00e4llningstid mellan anst\u00e4llningarna. S\u00e5 s\u00e4ttet att r\u00e4kna anst\u00e4llningstid f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras v\u00e4ldigt mycket fr\u00e5n \u201dgamla\u201d LAS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>De h\u00e4r slags f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna drabbar vissa typer av f\u00f6retag h\u00e5rdare, men det finns l\u00f6sningar och samarbetspartners f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta verksamhetens framtid.&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/coolcompany.com\/se\/foretag\/\"><em>L\u00e4s mer h\u00e4r<\/em><\/a><em>&nbsp;om Cool Companys l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag d\u00e4r vi tar \u00f6ver arbetsgivaransvar, hanterar l\u00f6neadministrationen och samtidigt fullt ut f\u00f6rs\u00e4krar din personal.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-vidareutbildning-for-anstallda-nbsp-nbsp-nbsp\">4. Vidareutbildning f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Med nya LAS inf\u00f6rs \u00e4ven ett nytt system f\u00f6r kompetens- och omst\u00e4llningsst\u00f6d f\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda som ska fr\u00e4mja vidareutbildning och omskolning. Anst\u00e4llda ska ha att till exempel studera under p\u00e5g\u00e5ende anst\u00e4llning med 80 procent av sin l\u00f6n under ett \u00e5r (men givetvis \u00e4r det f\u00f6rutsatt att vissa villkor \u00e4r uppfyllda) genom ett s.k.omst\u00e4llningsstudiest\u00f6det.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-bemanningspersonal-erbjuds-snabbare-att-bli-tillsvidareanstallda\">5. Bemanningspersonal erbjuds snabbare att bli tillsvidareanst\u00e4llda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du arbetar med inhyrd personal fr\u00e5n ett bemanningsf\u00f6retag, eller driver ett bemanningsf\u00f6retag b\u00f6r du spetsa \u00f6ronen. Enligt nya LAS ska inhyrd personal erbjudas en tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning efter att ha varit inhyrd till samma driftsenhet mer \u00e4n 24 m\u00e5nader under en period om 36 m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anst\u00e4llning hos bemanningsf\u00f6retaget upph\u00f6r de fall d\u00e4r den inhyrda personen accepterar erbjudandet. Bolaget som hyr in personalen kan dock v\u00e4lja att erbjuda 2 m\u00e5nadsl\u00f6ner i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning. Betalningen m\u00e5ste dock ske inom samma tid som ett eventuellt erbjudande om tillsvidareanst\u00e4llningen egentligen skulle ha l\u00e4mnats.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-svarare-att-ta-anstallda-fran-heltid-till-deltid-nbsp\">6. Sv\u00e5rare att ta anst\u00e4llda fr\u00e5n heltid till deltid&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt nya LAS ska heltidsanst\u00e4llningen ses som norm. Om du som arbetsgivare beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5ta en anst\u00e4lld g\u00e5 ner i tid (s.k. hyvling av arbetstid) ska turordningsreglerna f\u00f6ljas, och de anst\u00e4llda som ber\u00f6rs ska dessutom erbjudas en omst\u00e4llningstid&nbsp;i samband med att en heltid omvandlas till en deltid. Den anst\u00e4llda har under omst\u00e4llningstiden, om max tre m\u00e5nader, r\u00e4tt till tidigare syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad och anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-coolcompany-section\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-columns2 is-layout-flex
